Throughout his career Jon has built and developed a handful high-end spec homes. As the lead Developer, Jon identified the opportunity and oversaw every aspect of the design and construction. Most notably, Jon developed a house on Sunset Plaza Dr that sold for $24 mil; the highest sale EVER for the area. The tools and experience Jon gained through these development endeavors have made him a more well-rounded Realtor and allow him to provide valuable guidance and insight to his clients that are interested in remodeling and/or building a home.
